Short comment about me, and some images below.

-A self-taught working professional artist living in Hamilton Ontario Canada.  With works found in both public and private collections across North America.

-Born in Canada's Capital city of Ottawa in 1953.
Childhood years start in Toronto & Burlington Ont. Canada the winter of 1958.

- Life drawing , Ontario College of Art  Toronto Ont. . 1969

-Moved to Hamilton Ontario in the fall of 1973.

- Held title of ,  Artist in residence,  1998 - 2005 ,   AIC Mutual Fund company /  Portland Holdings Inc - Michael Lee-Chin, owner/ founder, Executive Chairman.

-2010,  purchased building in the city of Hamilton at 66 James St. North community art district, and 
Gallery enclave, ( partner proprietorship with Howard Strutt. )  Grand opening of The Focus Gallery,  January 29th of 2011.  ( see links)

-An artist can't continue to grow by locking themselves inside a repetitive formula of both motif and process. 

- Over these many years the body of my work has changed in regard to subject-matter.   But if I think about laying all of my work out end to end as one continuous chain of images, a certain degree of continuity and evolution emerges.

-I have always seen the future of my work before it gets there.  The future is so deeply tied to the past.  A kind of coming full circle conceptually, once a measure of skills has been achieved.
